Conveyance is a Transfer of title of land and Building by the Builder / Developer / Owner of the land in favor of Housing Society by execution of Conveyance Deed. As per the Housing Society By-Laws, the main objective of formation of society is to obtain the conveyance and if the conveyance is not executed by the Builder / Owner within four months from the date of registration of the Society, a case can be filed against the Builder / Owner of the land to obtain the Conveyance.
With the help of data provided by the Builders / Developers, we manage to create the File for the Formation of Society much in advance thereby ensuring that the valued signature of the prospective Purchasers can be availed immediately after the registration of the Individual Agreements or at the time of handing over the Possession of the property to the clients. Thus at the time of 100 % possession of the project to the individual Purchasers a Society is Formed, thereby helping the Individual Purchasers form a Committee to look and manage their day to day affair of the Society. Once the Society is formed (Registered) at the instance of the Builder/Developer we proceed for Conveyance of the Society.

Society Registration & Administration Support
The right to form a society is now a fundamental right of the citizen (Article 19 of constitution).
The process of registration of a new Co-operative housing society starts from the working of the first general body meeting held prior to registration. In this meeting the Chief Promoter (could be the builder) is primarily selected by the promoters and necessary resolutions like opening the account in bank in the name of proposed society and for obtaining permission for reserving the name of the society.
The concerned Registrar will check total number of flats/ galas in the proposed society, how many members of that were present in the first meeting of the proposed society and given their approval to the various resolutions, so maintain this information.
We at Mak Consultants will help you out through out the registration process and provide a hustle free experience.
